Subtle hints of toasted cashews, butterscotch and baking spice are present throughout from aging in 30% new French oak along with 9 months on lees to create a rich hazelnut cream base. Complex flavours including lychee, nectarine, and mandarin zest paired with a creamy mouthfeel are balanced by an acid backbone that leaves a generous finish.
