We have had to postpone several of our popular Lambert Estate events until next year, including our famous Good Friday Seafood lunch, Mother’s Day lunch and Peru Day Celebration. In the meantime, we are working on some great new dishes in our kitchen to showcase some of the fresh and exotic produce we grow in our Southern White House. Try one of our new Lambert Estate Caper sampler packs made with Estate grown capers and includes capers in brine, caper paste and caper leaves to create something new with your fish dishes or salads.  Along with some spectacular new events we certainly have a lot to be excited about.
